Plan a week around one video — NoaLingua

In short

Reuse a short video across several study sessions instead of continually collecting new material. Combine listening, a practice book, speaking and scheduled vocabulary review with a clear finish point.

Steps

  1. First session: watch for meaning and select one manageable passage.
  2. Next session: make a practice book and complete its written tasks without the answer sheet.
  3. Later: replay the difficult lines and retell the passage aloud in your own words.
  4. At the end of the week, revisit the saved vocabulary and try the passage without translation.

Try this exercise

Use a short explanation of a hobby. End the week by teaching the same idea aloud without replaying the whole clip.

Watch out for

A weekly plan is adjustable. If the material is too hard, shorten it; do not compensate by adding more exercises or cards.

Check your result

You can explain the clip and identify what still needs another review.

A manageable session

Choose one short passage whose overall meaning you can follow. Decide what you want to practise before turning on a feature: hearing words, recalling their meaning or producing a sentence. Keep a note of the difficult moment instead of collecting every unfamiliar word. Stop when you can explain that passage without looking at its translation.

Come back to it

In your next session, try the same passage before opening the answer. If it is still difficult, shorten it and repeat the troublesome part. If it feels easy, use the expression in a new sentence or move to another passage. This is a suggested routine, not a promise of a particular learning speed.

Translation follows your chosen settings and may require an online provider. A printed exercise or exported subtitle file does not download the source video. Use material you are entitled to access and keep a backup before changing your vocabulary collection.
