Feature

# Read a web page with each translation beside its paragraph

Keep the original article visible while support appears only where you read

In short

NoaLingua offers two web-reading workflows. Translate this page inserts a translation directly under each article paragraph as you reach it. Read this page extracts the title, headings and body into a clean bilingual reader with aligned text, clickable words, known-word shading, saved position and a list of pages to reopen.

Fit

## Who Bilingual web pages is for

Choose it for the workflow it actually supports, not for a promise the product does not make.

### Best for

- Learners reading articles who want the original paragraph and its translation kept together.
- People who want to return to a clean reading view with progress and saved vocabulary intact.

### Not the right fit for

- Image-only text, canvas applications or complex interactive pages that are not articles.
- Anyone who wants an exact visual copy of every menu, advertisement and comment translated too.

How to use it

## How to use Bilingual web pages in NoaLingua

- 1

### Open an article

Use a news story, blog post, documentation page or other page with selectable body text.
- 2

### Choose the reading mode

Select Translate this page for in-place support, or Read this page in the bilingual reader for a clean two-column view.
- 3

### Read, click and return

Click a word for its card and save it with the sentence. The reader remembers your position and keeps a shelf of pages you opened.

Mechanism

## Why NoaLingua behaves this way

### Why article text is separated from page chrome

Menus, advertisements, comments, footers and related-story teasers are poor language-learning material and produce a noisy bilingual page. The reader extracts the article structure and leaves that surrounding interface behind.

In-place mode is lighter: it preserves the page and adds translations lazily under body paragraphs as they come into view.

### Why the two modes coexist

In-place translation is best for a quick check while keeping the original site. The bilingual reader is better for longer sessions, return visits and a consistent reading layout.

Both feed the same local vocabulary deck, so changing surfaces does not create a second learning history.

## Common questions about NoaLingua

Does it replace the original paragraph?

No. In-place mode leaves the original intact and inserts its translation directly underneath.

Does it translate menus and comments?

No. It concentrates on the article body and deliberately leaves surrounding page chrome alone.

Can I reopen an article later?

Yes. Pages opened in the bilingual reader appear on its shelf and remember reading position.

Can I save words from the page?

Yes. Clickable words use the same contextual card and local deck as video and PDF workflows.
